For Amazon Ads' biggest event of the year, I led the 3D animations and helped create the visual identity across dozens of digital touchpoints.
Facing an intensive delivery schedule, I pioneered a move to Unreal Engine for our 3D production. We replaced a costly C4D workflow with a custom ray-traced pipeline that reduced render times by over 95%, turning what used to be a 6-hour render into a 10 minutes task. This allowed us to iterate faster and deliver world-class quality without the overhead of external render farms.
